It acts as a focal point for coordinating, promoting and supporting all the activities of women’s organizations throughout Thailand. The Council studies, collects information and exchanges ideas among women’s organizations, domestically and internationally, for the purposes of creating stability, security, understanding and well-being for all people but especially women. NCWT looks for the possible ways and means of raising the status and quality of lives of Thai women by removing or solving prevailing problems and obstacles against the development of women.
