KOWANI will hold the ACWO FORUM and EXPO (AFE) in Jakarta on October 24, 25, and 26 2023, taking place at the Smesco Building, Jl. Gatot Subroto Kav 24, South Jakarta.

Activities involving ASEAN MSMEs, and sponsors, It is hoped that the government as policy makers and other stakeholders will become a means for sharing experiences and opportunities for future cooperation among ASEAN women.

ACWO EXPO will include the following activities:

1. MSME’s Exhibition Indonesia, ASEAN and other countries

2. Cultural Events in the form of Indonesian Dance Shows, Kebaya Parades and Fashion Shows, and Choir Competitions

ACWO FORUM will include the following activities:

1. Discussion forums on women’s issues related to issues of Economic Empowerment, Health issues, Equality issues and Rural/ Environmental issues.

2. ACWO PLUS Meetings where the leaders of ACWO member organizations met and sharing ideas with W20 figures (India, Italy, Russia) as well as figures from ICW (South Korea).

3. ACWO BOD (Board of Directors) activities Meeting (limited to ACWO Plus Delegation only)

4. Courtesy visit of the ACWO Delegation to the Secretary General of ASEAN and

   to the Chairperson of House Representative of Indonesia Republic.

5. Excursion: Planting Mangrove Trees at PLUIT, Tour Visit to the Kota Tua (Old Town), Ceramics Museum, and Puppet Museum at Glodok, as well as a Courtesy visit to the Governor of DKI Jakarta at the Jakarta City Hall.
